1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

We accept returns or refund requests only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care, skincare, and oral care items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products that have been used or opened

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Products purchased during sales or promotions (unless defective)

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

If you’ve received a wrong or damaged product:

  • Once your claim is approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

5. Replacement Option

If your product is eligible, we can offer:

  • A replacement for the same item (subject to stock availability), or

  • A refund if a replacement is not possible.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time frame:

  • Double-check your bank account.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider — sometimes processing takes extra time.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipping only. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled or changed.
